JARVENT / PRIVACY
Your information.
This notice covers the Jarvent website and client portal. Updated September 11, 2026.
What we collect
The form collects your name, email, company, team size, workflow description, and any tools you choose to list. We also save when you gave permission to be contacted and a request reference. In the client portal, we store your signed-in account identifier, email, company, requests, replies, workflow updates, reports, and decisions you record.
Why we use it
We use this information to assess your request, discuss a possible engagement, and maintain a record of the conversation. Portal records let the client and authorized Jarvent operators coordinate the engagement. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Where it goes
Requests are stored with our website hosting provider and are available to the people and authorized tools operating Jarvent. We do not sell inquiry information. Please do not send passwords, customer records, or sensitive information through this form.
Website operation
We use a hashed network identifier to limit automated submissions. The demo runs with fictional sample data and does not connect to your business accounts. This site does not include advertising trackers. The portal uses sign-in to identify your account and a preference cookie for the sidebar. The hosting provider may use essential authentication cookies and operational logs.
Questions, corrections, or deletion
Use the workflow inquiry form to send a privacy request, including your request reference if you have it. We may need to confirm your identity before changing or deleting information. Any client engagement will define its own data access, retention, and handling terms before work begins.
